Keyboard Shortcuts
The NOC board and the alerts list support keyboard triage. Press ? on any authenticated page to open this list as a cheat sheet. Shortcuts never fire while the cursor is in a text field, and Escape closes the sheet.
NOC board (/noc)
| j / k | move between incidents |
| x | acknowledge |
| a | assign to me |
| s | snooze 8 hours |
| / | jump to device, site or alert |
| r | re-run the sweep |
| ? | keyboard shortcuts |
Alerts list (/alerts)
| j / k | move between alerts |
| Enter | open details |
| x | acknowledge |
| a | assign to me |
| s | snooze 1 hour |
| e | escalate |
| r | resolve |
| ? | keyboard shortcuts |
On the NOC board, nothing is focused until you move with j or k, so a stray keystroke cannot act on an incident you have not selected.
