Reports at Reports turn the fleet's history into a deliverable: an uptime digest for the NOC, an alert summary for the owner, a capacity plan for the next tower build.

Report types

• Uptime Summary device availability over the window.
• Alert History every alert that fired, with counts by type and severity.
• Capacity plan towers, backhauls and a growth forecast.
• RF Link Health signal and link quality across the wireless fleet.
• Firmware Compliance which devices run which firmware version (Beta, where the fleet lifecycle feature is on).
• On-Call Response how fast alerts were acknowledged and resolved.

Schedule and delivery

• Schedule runs the report once, daily, weekly or monthly; scheduled runs mail the file to the Recipients you name, and a one-time report is produced by Run now on its row.
• Time Range bounds the window the report covers; the page also shows the plan's data retention so a wide window never quietly reads past it.
• Format is CSV for a spreadsheet or PDF for a printable document (Uptime Summary, Alert History and On-Call Response only).
• Scope narrows the report to named sites or devices; the default is the whole organization.
